Gisele Bundchen is pregnant, reports People magazine.

Speculation has grown since pictures showing the supermodel in Brazil this week surfaced showing what seems to be a perceptible bump. Bundchen and New England Patriots quarterback husband Tom Brady were married twice this Spring – first in a ceremony in Los Angeles February 26, 2009, and then exchanging vows before friends in early April at Bundchen’s Costa Rica home.

Gisele and new-husband Tom Brady denied reports they were expecting a child after they were spotted in May leaving an obstetrician’s office. Unnamed “friends” of the supermodel are confirming the pregnancy, while Tom’s mother and Gisele’s rep both told the AP “no comment” when confronted with the rumor.

Another source close to the couple says, “You know Gisele and Tom are just enjoying themselves, being married and just doing their thing … Gisele has been talking about it with friends. She says she’s ready for a family.”

The Brazilian beauty is “ecstatic” and due early next year.

“Gisele will be an excellent mother,” another PEOPLE source said. “She’s always wanted kids.”

The baby will be the first for the former Victoria’s Secret catwalk maven. Tom has one son, John, with ex-girlfriend Bridget Moynahan.
