Michael JacksonMichael Jackson Dead At 50. Michael Jackson, the undisputed King of Pop, died Thursday afternoon, according to a report from The Los Angeles Times.

The Los Angeles Times is reporting that the pop music legend — a father of three — was rushed to Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center by the Los Angeles Fire Department after suffering an apparent heart attack on Thursday afternoon. Jackson was not breathing when Los Angeles Fire Department paramedics responded to a call at his Los Angeles home about 12:30 p.m., Capt. Steve Ruda told the Los Angeles Times. The paramedics performed CPR and took him to UCLA Medical Center, Ruda told the newspaper.

A Los Angeles Fire Department source told The Times that Jackson was in full cardiac arrest when rescue units arrived on scene. A doctor was in the house performing CPR on him, said the source, who asked not to be named because he was not authorized to speak to the media.
Jackson’s death brought a tragic end to a long, bizarre, sometimes farcical decline from his peak in the 1980s, when he was popular music’s premier all-around performer, a uniter of black and white music who shattered the race barrier on MTV, dominated the charts and dazzled even more on stage.

Rest In Peace, Michael….May God Be With The Jackson Family.
