Scott Aukerman admits Eminem-Bruno stunt duo was totally rehearsed.
MTV head writer Scott Aukerman has confirmed that the controversial Bruno-Eminem stunt was completely staged and rehearsed. The stunt involves Sacha Baron Cohen’s film character Bruno landing on Eminem during the MTV Movie Awards last week (May 31).
Writing on his Tumblr.com account (on a post since removed), Aukerman said “Yes, the Bruno/Eminem incident was staged. That’s all anyone wants to talk about, so let’s get it out of the way. They rehearsed it at dress and yes, it went as far as it did on the live show then.”
Which means that Slim Shady — who appeared to be utterly horrified at the sight of Bruno’s privates and later stormed out of the Universal Amphitheater in anger — is a much better actor than he proved in “Eight Mile.” Why? He’s poised to be the new Sean Penn! Asking what about the angry look Eminem gave Cohen’s buttocks? Well it is just acting. How about that serious storm-out? According to TV Guide, “Most of the big celebs came, did their thing and left.”

How about you there? Do you believe this explanation/alibi? Or maybe there are just saying this to help Eminem save face and MTV’s reputation?
